A lot of companies have tried to put specialty ketchups on the market but always seem to fall short. We think it’s because ketchup has a benchmark standard and when you produce one it should look like ketchup, feel like ketchup in texture and consistency and have at least a reminiscent flavour of what people expect in their minds. We feel we achieved this but we have taken the flavour to a new place and added a new dimension of complexity.
