Caprese Salad

A great tip to getting the pit out of an olive is to press and roll the side of your knife along the side of the olive. The pressure from the knife will separate the pit from the olive.

RECIPE
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

1  each  -  Fresh buffalo mozzarella
6  each  -  Petite Maison Nicoise Olives, pitted
6  each  -  Petite Maison Green Olives, pitted
1 tbsp (15ml)  -  Capers
½ cup (125ml)  -  Cherry tomatoes, Halved
1 cup (250ml)  -  Arugula
1 tbsp (15ml)  -  Wildly Delicious Sundried Tomato and Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Petite Maison Fleur de Sel

  • Lay arugula in a shallow bowl, place olives and cherry tomatoes around the lettuce
  • Put the mozzarella in the middle of the plate, top with Basil Oil and fleur de sel
