Pear and Gorgonzola Salad

The bitterness of the endive is balanced out by the sweetness of the blackcurrant vinaigrette. This salad  will wow guests with its robust flavors and impressive looks. 

RECIPE
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

2  -  Belgian endive heads
2  -  Bosc Pears
4 Cups  (1L)  -  Spinach
½ Cup  (125ml)  -  Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
¼ cup  (63ml)  -  Walnut Halves
½ cup  (125ml)  -  Petite Maison Blackcurrant Vinaigrette 

  • Peel off leaves of endive, lay then aroung the outside of a large serving platter
  • Fill the middle of the platter with spinack
  • Slice pears and place on top of the bed of spinach along with cheese and walnuts
  • Drizzle vinaigrette over top
