Our pure extra virgin olive oil is made from hand-harvested olives, and is extracted naturally without heating. Because they come from olives from the first pressing, Wildly Delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oils have a pleasant fruity quality and are low in acidity. These olive oils contain no additives or preservatives.
